Boris Johnson keeps appointing 'deputy mayors' who are then exposed to almost certain ridicule. This one is the most ridiculous to date. 

What does it say about Boris John's sense of ethics, morality, let alone his competence? 

These questions apply to those lying LBC and EVENING STANDARD perpetrators who published lies with and for Boris at the time of the 'mayoral' poll in May 2012.
