CHANNEL BrickLane will launch the first video report in the evening of Thursday 03 March 2011 on youtube.com. Our first report will introduce our investigation into the Brick Lane Curry restaurants and the impact and the implications of the latest reported 'ban' on four of them over the 'touting'.
We have been investigating this for the past month and our report will be continued over the next days looking at all aspects of the matter.
In a separate reporting series, CHANNEL BrickLane will examine the economics of the ‘Curry Mile’ as the street is also referred to, especially in view of the reported possibility that the 2012 Games Hosting will bring extra business to the restaurants.
We shall start that with the commentary on the latest episode in the ‘legacy’ scandal over the 2012 Games stadium, that has been reported by the London segments of the BBC and ITV today.
