How our call for Pola Uddin to quit is still the only one "in" the community. Others still "boasting" of "Baroness..."

AADHIKARonline Media UPDATER research on our commentary in the context of the resignation earlier today of the UK Energy Secretary Chris Huhne and the Football Association’s sacking of footballer Terry pending Terry’s scheduled trial a few months hence.

Neither Huhne nor Terry has been found guilty of an offence so far.

Yet both have left and or lost the posts that they held.

This has been accepted across the country as the right and proper thing.

Yet in Tower Hamlets, the community remains lumbered with the occupants in two posts both of which are linked to the Borough. And then flak is being aimed at the community for the misconduct and criminal behaviour of the individuals named.

Neither of the individuals has been prepared to quit their positions and let the community’s reputation and the standards in public office to be begun to be restored ands reinstated.

Will Pola Uddin resign and say sorry to the community for bringing so much shame on the whole community by failing to show that she even knows the community in whose name she has been allowed by Tony Blair and assorted other abusers of Empire and colonialism to trade?

What about Shelina Akhtar?


Tower Hamlets Council’s self-designated “Monitoring Officer” Isabella Freeman has shown that she cannot even understand the concept that she allegedly attaches to her little reign. Had Isabella Freeman been a genuinely competently monitor of legality, ethics morality not to speak of constitutionality then she would have found the many legal ways to ensure that Shelina Akhtar no long sat as a “councillor” while so much is being said about her criminal conviction for benefit fraud and to the detriment of so many innocent people.


Anyone who is in any way involved in allowing the “confidence” to prevail inside Tower Hamlets Council to the effect that Tower Hamlets Council’s currently controlling clique will be able to live down its de facto collusion with the disgrace-making “councillor” because of her [“hoped-for”] alleged role in an alleged budget-making process, should think beyond the minute and consider the serious harm that is being done to the reputation of the entire community.


Both Pola Uddin and Shelina Akhtar have created very clear condemnation for the “Bangladeshi"+"Muslim” and related people who are also associated with the Tower Hamlets Borough as well as with the “baroness of Bethnal Green” embarrassment. Neither Pola Uddin nor Shelina Akhtar has said why their personal conduct should be allowed to bring so much venomous comments against the community. Most of those comments are being published by known racist groups who would not be allowed to say those things if Pola Uddin and Shelina Akhtar had done the decent things and quit their positions.

The community deserves that these two step down for each of their disgraced posts and thus allow the process of restoration of the lost reputation of the community to begin.

BRIGHTON POSTCARD! Crossrail Chris Huhne! What a plonker! He is claiming that his ‘party’ is almost ready to grab the formal political power in the UK! Does that make him a plonker?

The Muhammad Haque Daily Political Commentary 1700 Hrs GMT London Tuesday 19 September 2006 No, it doesn’t! except that Chris the obscenely overrated Huhne is not capable of understanding the full facts of office. Not as far as any legitimate claim he may make to being different from the lying Blairing regime or the creepy Cameron variety. Chris Huhne hasn’t got the moral integrity to claim that he deserved the trust of the people any more than any of the incumbents in various offices of the UK state do… So what is the link? The link is that a few months back, before they plunged into the latest annual grotesque indulgence of the summer recess, the so-called MPs including Huhne got into an exchange of sorts. According to the sources that Khoodeelaar! regularly examines as part of our constitutional law work against Crossrail, we came across what looked like Huhne’s having made a small statement about Crossrail. Literally, that published statement was incredibly fudgy and confusing. It showed Huhne's lack of the requisite knowledge of the subject. Or his statement was so mercilessly misstated that it immediately warranted a fact-checker communication. Without checking the alleged facts about his utterance, we would not be commenting on what he had to then say about Crossrail or about the macro economy. Or about the wider environment of planet earth. . As is the established ethical tradition of this KHOODEELAAR! campaigning publication, we wrote to Huhne. Asking him to first of all confirm the attributed statement. And then we would have followed up with a few original questions about the Crass role that his so-called leadership had played in plugging for the CRASSRAIL project. So what did Huhne have to say? Nought. He did not even bother to acknowledge the communication. Far less to show any appreciation of the fact that we took the trouble to ask him to confirm the statement… Now what does that show? Does that show that Huhne bothers about what he must have been given to believe a small local grouping in the East End of London? Or does it show that he is so up-to-date with what the WHOLE community of people across the UK is on about that he does indeed deserve to be taken very seriously as the man that should be in charge of making mega decisions on behalf of the people on the matters of serious environmental and economic and social import? It is less than two hours since the English Crown Prosecution Service announced that the Lib Dems MP and UK Energy Secretary Chris Huhne would face charges on perverting the course of justice. Since that announcement, Huhne himself has confirmed his resignation from office as a CONDEM Cabinet member immediately and the comments abut the events that have been heard on SKY NEWS and elsewhere in the past hour or so have included the assertion that Chris Huhne has been one of the Lib Dems’ big beasts and that he has played a key part in the Lib Dems’ negotiations with the Cons to form the CONDEM Collusion.

The point that I want to make is this:

Has Chris Huhne been as active in opposing the Con agenda about the state of Society, civil liberties and democracy? [To be continued]

A spokesman for Network Rail said the firm's members would meet later this month to decide on the structure of a bonus scheme but no decisions had been made. Network Rail also faces prosecution over the 2007 Grayrigg train crash in Cumbria in which one passenger died.
