“The UK Economy badly needs illegal immigrants!”

That is what I am saying. Again.

This Commentary is being written and published only six hours or so before the formal publication of the Leveson report. Unless some emergency takes place that is not anticipated or known as I write, the majority of the official and dominant “media” will be leading with Leveson throughout the afternoon and the night.

And morality and ethics will be implied and remarked upon time after time by the talking heads that will be gathered together by the  BBC, the SKY network and others.

And by the time David Dimbleby gets to chair Question Time on BBC1, the heightened state of angsts over aspects of Leveson will be at their peaks!

After that, “Society” will return to normal.

And illegality, immorality and injustice will continue to rule.

And those who abuse their powers and their positions will make excuses in justifying and in excusing the illegalities, the immoralities and the injustices.

As is clear in the latest findings on the behaviour of the UK Border Agency, the Home Office Executive Agency that is supposed to control illegal immigration into the UK.

Another "damning" report about the UK Border Agency, thus exposing the thousands of lies that are told daily by yet another UK Govt Agency.... 

What does it all say about Society in Britain?

It says that the “vah-loos” that Gordon Brown bragged of as he twisted the statistics and his lips in making the boasts were not ethical. They remain unethical in Government. They are corrupting. And that they are persisting with the Con-Dem Collusion that is in place as the ‘UK Govt”.

The customary statement has been made by a UK Home Office Minister justifying the unethical behaviour by the UKBA, his “strongest” point being that the high numbers of illegal immigrants recorded in this latest report are “historic”, meaning that they go back to Gordon Brown’s time at No. 10 Downing Street. And stretch to the longer period of Tony Bliar at the supposed “helm” of the governing bureaucracy.

As even Keith Vaz has shown, scandalised careers are no barriers to a post holder emerging as a “champion of morality and ethics”!

It is a remarkable achievement on Keith Vaz’s part that he is now almost routinely allowed TV and radio time [not to speak of semi-glowing space even by the DAILY MAIL] to come across as a supporter of high ethics and high morality in Government!

When the facts are that Keith Vaz almost “leads” on the rituals of attacks on the UKBA’s abysmal record, it is inevitable that the rest of “Parliament” will be even more unimpressed by the Government’s claims about “tackling” illegal immigration.

But an examination of the role of Parliament itself, in “tackling” illegal immigration shows that MPs and Peers are themselves unable to tell the truth. And if they appear to be telling the truth sometimes then they are unable to do so at the other times. And on still others, they are not even looking with their eyes open.

This lack of ethical and moral behaviour by Parliament is not an accident. This is a product of the relationship that MPs and Peers have with interests that are interested in illegal immigration continuing.

These are big businesses.

And other businesses.

Hence the man ridiculously praised to the skies as “Saint Vincent” Cable was, has been and will continue to remain unable to condemn illegal immigration. A reading of his [Vince Cable, the UK Business Secretary, to name one] published utterances on the subject will be convincing enough.

And the reason for it is that the UK Society is being dominated at all levels by persons who are themselves morally, ethically and democratically  challenged, suspect, unaccountable and not at all transparent.

Had the UK Society been dominated by ethical and accountable and truthful perperson then they would stop talking about illegal immigration at all.

They would be talking about the broken society and the broken economy and the broken institutional and social infrastructure.

They would admit that there is no truth in their boasts about “world class education system” when the overwhelming majority of the products of that vaunted education system are engaged in lying, concealing the truth and other illegalities when in posts, in power.

Who are the so-called UKBA employees?

Where were they schooled [Oops! ‘Educated’]?

The plain truth is that the broken down UK Economy needs people who can be exploited.

And there is ample proof that the exploited cannot be held down for long unless they can be coerced.

The tool of that coercion is the stigma of illegality, as in this case attached to immigration.

This stigma of illegal immigration into the UK by people from Asia and Africa is a monumental lie created by years of falsification of the facts about UK Economy.

Empire!

That one word explains it all.

Thousands of overseas students have potentially been allowed to stay in Britain when they should have been asked to leave as a result of a fresh "significant failing" by the UK Border Agency.

The UKBA chief inspector of immigration, John Vine, says at the time of his inspection in May there was a backlog of more than 150,000 notifications about changes in students' circumstances, including discontinuing, failing to enrol on their courses or breaching the conditions of their visas.

In his report, published on Thursday, Vine says: "As a result, there could potentially be thousands of migrants in the UK who were not complying with the conditions of their visa and whose leave should have been curtailed by the agency but had not been.

"One senior manager informed us that at the time of the inspection there were potentially 26,000 students whose leave should have been curtailed and who should have had enforcement action taken against them."

It is understood that the backlog of notifications about changes in the circumstances of overseas students dates back to March 2009.

In May, UKBA launched Operation Mayapple to identify individuals who could still be in Britain but were not complying with their visa conditions. A team of staff in Sheffield analysed the outstanding notifications and showed that many infringements were minor such as a change of address.

The chief inspector reports that for more serious notifications, which indicated that students were not complying with their leave conditions, the case was referred to the local immigration team for enforcement action.

Operation Rosehip was launched by the at the same time to specifically target students who should no longer have been in Britain.

UKBA said 23,000 students had been told to comply with their student visas or face enforcement action as a result.

The immigration minister, Mark Harper, responded to the report saying: "We are the first government to tackle the historically high levels of abuse in the student visa system. We have toughened the rules to ensure that genuine students are not taken advantage of by organisations looking to sell immigration not education.

"At the same time, we have a great offer for the brightest and best international talent who want to study at our world class institutions."

But Labour's Chris Bryant described it as yet another damning report about UKBA and said the existence of the 150,000-strong backlog was a scandalous situation.

The © Muhammad Haque Daily Ethical Commentary. Tower Hamlets Borough Council is mired in allegations after allegations while the official Opposition on the Council is trailing behind. So who is holding the Council to account for the communities in the Borough? And what will it take for the official Opposition Councillors to start making their mark as the voices of the people who have elected them? 

I will be answering these questions in the course of this evening.

Before examining the allegations, let me say that when I said in January 2010 that the then bid to lumber Tower Hamlets Borough Council with an “elected executive mayor” was a very wrong move, I could foresee some of the things that are being referred to by the “very small number of people” who have gone on record as being the critics of Lutfur Rahman, the “elected executive mayor” in Tower Hamlets.

These people have been, without any contradiction, entirely non-Bangladeshi.

And this has ADDED to the already highly charged race and ethnicity and faith-related divide that has allowed the alleged wrongs or wrongdoing or improper doings to be continued!

This is a key conundrum.

And this cannot be understood let alone dealt with without referring to the central flaw that racist empire revivalist thinking is based on.

Because the “critics” have been non-Bangladeshi and because they have been seeking to paint Lutfur Rahman as a “Muslim” who is “backed” by “fundamentalist” “extremist” Muslims, Lutfur can rely on THESE critics and show them to his “Muslim” “backers” who have included ordinary non-partisan Muslims, as in the run up to the October 2010 [first] poll for “directly elected mayor” that he, Lutfur, is a victim of racist and anti-Muslim propagandists.

Perhaps the most open statement in defiance of these critics was made by Lutfur Rahman [or by his “strategic advisers”] when they confirmed that the “Lutfur Council” was going to spend a few £millions in funding “faith groups”.

To everyone except a most recent arrival from planet Mars, it is clear that these “faith groups” are overwhelmingly “Muslim faith” groups!

And these groups’ “leaders” are among the most known members in the population in Tower Hamlets who can be counted reliably as having provided support to Lufur Rahman in the past two years.

So Lutfur’s apparent critics are in effect aiding and abetting the “very wrongs” that they say he is responsible for as the “executive Mayor in post” at the “decision-making” top of an administration that has been allegedly doing the allegedly wrongful things and the abuses of the “power and the money” that should have been dedicated to serving the needs of the ordinary people of all backgrounds in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

And the official Opposition made up of the biggest group of elected councillors outside of the “cabinet” that Lutfur Rahman has been found lacking!

As I have chronicled and diagnosed before, they have sought to use an external party who turns out to be probably the most dedicated promoter of the Conservative Group Councillor Peter Golds.

And therein is found the second layer of the conundrum: 

What are the official Opposition Councillors to do?

They cannot really mount let alone sustain a democratic and accountable attack on the “Lutfur Rahman” administration on Tower Hamlets Council without appearing half-hearted and half-serious.

Why so?

Because some of their main “ammunition” “against” Lutfur has come from or been laundered in the non-Bangladeshi “media” via “sources very close to or propaganda-wise  very much in bed with” the very “Conservative Group Councillor Peter Golds” about whom they are OTHERWISE not at all pleased!!!

So we enter the third layer of the conundrum:

Can the official Opposition Councillors on Tower Hamlets Council hack it?

The evidence of their activities so far says: NOT!

They would like to say that they are doing it.

But their record is not at all supporting of any such claim.

This is also linked with the fact that the “Conservative Group Councillor Peter Golds”  is not without a grand strategy of his own.

He is playing three or four hands at the same time.

He is in part-time bed with Lutfur Rahman, as is evident in the relevant contextual contents of the draft proposals and report published by the English local Government Boundary Commission.

Peter Golds is also in  part-time bed [as I have shown above] with the official opposition councillors, whose ‘thanks’ he can deserve – whether he gets it is another matter altogether- for the “help” his chum/s and propaganda colleague/s via “Fleet Street”  are lending to them.

The last “full Council” meeting held on 19 September 2012 showed that the extremely rushed “Motion” against the expenses claims by Gulam Robbani, a key Lutfur Rahman aide and helper, was fronted by Abbas Uddin Helal, from the Opposition Labou councillors group.

There could have been MANY OTHER items that the Opposition Labour councillors group could have raised against the Lutfur Rahman administration. But they focussed on the Gulam Robbani expenses claims item.

Why?

By doing so, they felt “secure” and certain of “victory” on the Motion.

Why?

Because the allegations had been published already by Peter Golds’ chum Ted Jeory!

And this aspect of the conundrum makes the Opposition councillors weak and also very dependent on the Conservative councillors strategy!

Unless there emerges a game-changer event soon – and I detect none on the horizon as at the time of writing THIS at 1755 Hrs GMT on Wednesday 28 November 2012, less than two hours before the latest formal “full Council” is due to be staged – I cannot see the Official Opposition Councillors on Tower Hamlets Council holding Lutfur Rahman to account on their own or for any sustained period.

On the evidence that is before me this evening, Lutfur Rahman will be unlikely to lose any election for the same post that may happen in the foreseeable future.

This is not necessarily going to do good to the people in Tower Hamlets. But the two things are currently unrelated.

The reason why the two things are unrelated is to be found in the detachment from the reality f ordinary life of ordinary people from all walks of life in Tower Hamlets that the official opposition councillors continue to show!

I will examine this detachment in the future parts of this continuing exclusive  UPDATER Commentary.

They, the official Opposition councillors on Tower Hamlets Council,  are following “media”  and propaganda operatives via the “media”; they are NOT leading the media!

Which brings us to the fifth layer of the conundrum: the role of “Channel S” and assorted other “ethnicity, faith and nationality-origins-linked” “satellite TV channels”  that are broadcast via Rupert Murdoch’s BSKYB satellite operations, claiming to be serving the objectively defined impartial information needs of the UK Bangladeshi community!

In private, most of the “official Opposition” councillors on Tower Hamlets Council share the evidentially justifier view that “Channel S” and the other “Channels” are broadcasting packs and packs of propaganda that are manufactured to create and then repeat an image that “Lutfur Rahman is the man who is doing things”!

In fact, these same Opposition Councillors and Opposition activists” [within quotes!] are not only keen but VERY KEEN to appear on anything that these “satellite” “TV” channels offer to them. On practically any subject under their very limited “broadcasting view”!

And thereby we enter the sixth layer of the conundrum about the moribund Tower Hamlets Council that is letting the people of the borough down daily by wasting time, wasting resource and by wasting and abusing the otherwise mostly tenable democratic mandate that the voters gave the last time they cast their votes genuinely for an elected, accountable Council for Tower Hamlets!

The following is a short report on the meeting.

The KHEYDAIEELAAR! campaign in defence of the name "Banglatown"

was boosted on Tuesday 27 November 2012 by a constructive meeting held with a good mix of activists, councillors and local residents and Brick Lane Banglatown business people.

The NEXT meeting will be held on 10 December 2012.

Venue and time details will be announced here.

The crucial outcome of Tuesday night;'s meeting was to forge ahead by combining all the diverse forces in the community and channelling the united voice in defence of the community in the Brick Lane London E1 area, that is also known as the Tower Hamlets Council Ward of Spitalfields and Banglatown.

The English "Boundary Commission" has published an ill-informed, ignorant and incoherent "recommendation" encouraging the dropping of the word "Banglatown" from the Tower Hamlets Council Ward of Spitalfields and Banglatown.

At the 10th December 2012, more action will be agreed.

Tuesday's agreements include the following:

1. Tell the Boundary Commission of the error of their proposal and tell them to drop their proposal, not the name Banglatown.

2.Tell the UK Parliament and the Leaders of the UK Political Parties in Parliament of the community’s rejection of the Boundary Commission’s proposal  and ask them to support the community and keep the word Banglatown in.

3. Speed up all the lawful activities in support of the campaign for the defence of the word Banglatown and do so preferably before the end of December 2012.

4. Tell all the satellite  TV channels as well as other modes of the “media”  including print outlets that do their business in the name of the Bangladeshi community in the UK to immediately make sure that they  give full and equal space and prominence to all the actual campaign events on the defence of the name and the word “Banglatown”, rather than prioritising for publishing any particular group or personality or post holder under the pretext of a ‘sort of a campaign’. Particular concern was expressed at the abuse directed at the Bangladeshi community in the interview broadcast on one satellite TV channel in which the Tower Hamlets Conservative group spokesperson was seen as comparing the community’s stance in defence of the word “Banglatown”  with a call to name another place after the Kangaroos! 

5. The Council’s role in the economic, environmental, social contexts was discussed and it was agreed to broadens the scope of the campaign in defence of the word and the name “Banglatown” to address all those day to day and immediate issues. Further activities will be discussed and adopted as the campaign moves on.

6. All supporters of the campaign to keep Banglatown in are to be welcomed and encouraged and those from non-Bangladeshi background too would be welcomed. It was agreed to include the call “Celebrate Diversity” which was contained in the penultimate suggestion by Muhammad Haque  unanimously agreed. Councillor Abbas Uddin Helal said that he was participating in his Labour Group Motion at Wednesday’s Tower Hamlets Council meeting and he thought that that call was a fitting one for the arguments in support of that motion for Banglatown.

The meeting ended at appx 1957 Hrs

The true face of Rotherham Council

Few stories have occupied the airwaves like the story, broken by The Daily Telegraph, of Labour-run Rotherham Council’s decision to remove three young children from their foster parents, based on nought but the parents’ political allegiance. UKIP members, the couple have an “exemplary” record; the youngsters were said to be thriving in their care and the eldest had begun to refer to them as “mum and dad”. But why let the real issue, the welfare of these children, spoil a chance by the Left to punish “the Right” in the name of diversity and “multiculturalism”?

It is a story that has struck at the heart of how we see ourselves as a nation. Britain is a tolerant land; one that believes in plurality and fair play. What has happened in Rotherham is neither fair nor just, and once again it is those most innocent who bear the greatest suffering, not just the foster parents whose only crime was to support UKIP, a libertarian, not racist, political party. To clarify, UKIP’s immigration policy is sensible, not racist: it opposes further uncontrolled immigration to a country whose jobs market and public services are already stretched. There is no talk of repatriation or “race”.

The messages of support for the couple and outrage at Rotherham’s social services, run by the defensive and unrepentant Joyce Thacker, show the gut decency of the people of Britain. Meanwhile, the twisting and turning of Thacker since the story broke has been instructive. First it was "racism", and then she switched the accusation to a requirement that foster parents believe in state multiculturalism. Dos Rotherham’s child services really think that nobody who questions the exceptionally questionable doctrine of multiculturalism should be allowed to foster?

Perhaps that is the plan; indoctrinate the children young, bring them up in Left-leaning households on a diet of statist ideology so they never question the system that controls their futures.

The council has blurred an essential line between the political doctrine of multiculturalism and safeguarding heritage, which is cultural celebration. In their dash to moral judgment, some people in the local authority have decided that it is better to create further upheaval in the lives of vulnerable children rather than entrust them to people who have seven years' experience of fostering, whom the council itself acknowledges had been providing good care.

We in UKIP will be demanding to find out who in the council was responsible for the decision to remove these children from a loving family. We want to know what the inspection grading at Rotherham council's children’s services is. We will be demanding that whoever was responsible will be held to account and we will hope that clear guidance will go out ensuring that this never happens again. Rotherham has been panicked into launching an inquiry, Ed Miliband is calling for one, too – but inevitably these inquiries are a smokescreen to show the actors are “doing something”. In this case, that is not enough; heads should roll, policies must change, the welfare of kids must come before politics.

There is a positive side to this dreadful story, though. That is the near unanimity from politicians, commentators and ordinary people who are horrified by what they have learnt. That everybody seems to agree that this is not how they want our country to be run gives me the hope that, by the end of all this, Britain will emerge more tolerant and less divided.

The bigots here are Rotherham’s social services, not the devastated couple who willingly opened their home to support vulnerable children.

Secular groups have mounted a new campaign aimed at Tower Hamlets Council over “executive mayor” Lutfur Rahman’s decision to go ahead with making grants of £2 million to “faith” groups in the Borough.
The Secular groups’ condemnation follows the SUNDAY EXPRESS-linked and Fleet Street-plugged “local East End blogger” Ted Jeory.

 

According to the “analysis” published by Jeory at the start of November, the “thinking” behind the aforesaid Lutfur Rahman’s “grant-making” decisions is located in the strategy for Lutfur Rahman to get re-elected to the post Lutfur Rahman now occupies. 

Tower Hamlets council approves £2 million funding to faith groups

 The mayor of one of Britain’s poorest boroughs is providing £2 million of funding to religious groups to help refurbish places of worship.

The mayor of Tower Hamlets, Lutfur Rahman (right), has approved funding to offer assistance to faith communities to repair, adapt and improve buildings in which faith-based activities occur.

The option of offering grants exclusively to religious groups was preferred over an alternative option to make the fund available to all community buildings.

An equalities analysis justified the scheme under the Council’s aim to promote good relations between different faith groups and non-faith groups. The council says the delivery of the scheme will be discussed with the Interfaith Forum to ensure that it brings benefits to the wider and non-religious community. One East End political blogger has predicted that the bulk of the money will go to small mosques and community centres that occupy former shops across the borough.

Due to drastic cuts across the entire public sector, Tower Hamlets needs to find £75m of savings by 2014. The funding for the Community Faith Buildings Support Scheme has been identified by the Mayor “from reserves”.

Tower Hamlets is one of London’s most impoverished areas and has been identified as the worst area in the UK for child poverty. The area has a dire shortage of affordable housing with over 22,000 on the waiting list and considerable over-crowding issues. Tower Hamlets recently announced significant cuts to it’s community and advice services.

Earlier this month the mayor approved the sale of a Henry Moore sculpture in an attempt to claw back money lost in budget cuts. 

Mayor Lutfur Rahman said: “It is with considerable regret that I make this decision but I have a duty to ensure residents do not suffer the brunt of the horrendous cuts being imposed on us.” 

The artwork was originally sold to the council by Henry Moore at a below-market price in the 1960s with the understanding that it would be placed in east London.

Mr Rahman is no stranger to controversy. 

He is reported to have close links to the extremist Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE). 

Following his election as Mayor in 2010, The Telegraph journalist Andrew Gilligan quoted a senior Labour Party figure saying that Rahman’s personal control of the Tower Hamlets billion pound budget makes Tower Hamlets an “Islamic republic.”

One local resident angered by the Faith Buildings Support Scheme told the NSS: “I totally object to this. This money should be spent on schools and other essential services that benefit the whole community. 

This feels more like a redistribution of public money, ahead of an election, to a particular section of society, aimed at currying favour and securing votes.”

Stephen Evans, campaigns manager at the National Secular Society, said: 

“Government cuts are hitting the people of Tower Hamlets especially hard. In such an impoverished area that faces so many challenges, one has to wonder if Mr Rahman has got his priorities straight. If money is going spare it should be made available to all local community groups equally, but the local authority certainly should not be prioritising the funding of religious activities and practices in this way.”

This [above] FLICKR picture of [Tower Hamlets, a London Borough] Tory Councillor Peter Golds, is being reproduced here to give contextual appearance to the Commentary [below] about the latest statistical evidence of the dire state of joblessness in Tower Hamlets
Golds, who is allowed regular publicity by the “mainstream news outlets and media” [backing his prejudices and anti-social agenda] has now added a new insult against the local community by deliberately uttering the word “Kangaroos” as an alleged “comparison” with the community defending the word “Banglatown” in the Brick Lane London E1 area.
Peter Golds uttered this insult as he spoke to an allegedly Bangladeshi-run satellite TV outlet which broadcast his insult on Thursday.

With the UK Govt Official Statistics on Jobless showing that in Tower Hamlets the number of young people without jobs has risen for the fourth month in a row, there is some talk that this Official admission proves that hosting the Olympic Games has not benefited the Borough of Tower Hamlets!

That is indeed true
But saying that takes us where?
According to the web site of the former “East London Advertiser” [now re-titled “Dockhands and East London Advertiser”] the jobless youth figures have been accompanied by comments from “Labour” party MPs and “opposition Labour councillors” on Tower Hamlets Council [having] [“] warned of a “lost generation” if independent mayor Lutfur Rahman and his cabinet did not tackle the problem.[”]
My question is:
WHAT exactly are the “Labour” councillors and the “[Labour] MPs asking the “independent mayor Lutfur Rahman” to do?
But before I could take my objective question to its contextual logical conclusion, I come across a spiel allegedly made by one of Lutfur Rahman’s “cabinet” members called Cllr Shafiqul Haque [no relation] allegedly uttering as banal a statement about the achievements of Lutfur Rahman as is the alleged “recipe” attributed by the “Docklands and East London Advertiser” to one of the [two Labour Party] MPs quoted on the subject, Jim Fitzpatrick.
The MP Fitzpatrick is allegedly quoted as saying: “These unemployment figures will provide little comfort to young people in Tower Hamlets.
“Closer to home they’re seeing a tough job market and no helping hand from the government or council. We must do more to help young people who are out of work before they’re completely isolated and forgotten.”
So WHAT “job” is there in what Jim Fitzpatrick says?
There is no job there either. So between them, the “independent mayor’s cabinet member Shafiqul Haque and the Labour MP Jim Fitzpatrick have been quoted as saying words but their words are not referring to real jobs or real problems that underlie the latest rise in the jobless numbers among young people in Tower Hamlets.
the first problem is that BOTH sides are uttering untruths!
they are not telling the truth.
And the truth is that neither side wants to address the needs of the local community. Both sides, as is evident in the utterances that they are reported to have made here, want to let the public know that they are “on the case” without actually having a clue as to what the “answer is”. And the reason why the clueless “contestants in the arena of publicity intended for the public..” are prepared to issue such banalities is simple: they want the public to know that they are “active”!
Even though their “careerist mental faculties” are not engaged with the truth!
Not as far as these reported utterances show them to be!

The following Commentary has just been posted by Muhammad Haque and published on the NEW STATESMAN website at 1217 Hrs GMT today Thursday 22 November 2012.

The Commentary is in response to a piece around “twitter libel” in the context of the McAlpine episode, written by a practising London solicitor Jonathan Coad.

Issues covered by this Muhammad Haque Commentary  include: the racism of the English judiciary, the English courts; the injustice of the English courts System against the low income and the no-income people, the lack o due process for most people whose rights are violated.......

The writer is a very shrewd operator indeed! or he must be one to have written such an astonishingly ill-informed and empty piece that reinforces the bias for the unjust law trade and courts system in England and Wales.
What is the "NEW STATESMAN" doing parading this "expert" "solicitor" on a matter that demands truthful, wide and ethical examination and debate?
The McAlpine Propaganda Onslaught that has been aimed "at the BBC" has in effect been the "balancing" "revenge” by all the secret admirers, backers and colluders of Rupert Murdoch and all that that rival to the idea of the BBC represents.
Jonathan Coad shows no recognition of that in the piece. He also shows no awareness of the platforms that the real Right-wingers have had via the Leveson “evidence” sessions.
In none of these has there been any examination of the injustice of English legal system and the backwardness and the racism of the judiciary.
No wonder that routine daily racist posts, comments are not taken into account by Jonathan Coad or indeed by anyone else that has had any persistent platform in the “mainstream” print or broadcast media outlets over the row that has given almost plausible legitimacy to Cameron and his political colluders.
Everything that has been “reported” by Fleet Street around David Cameron after he was allegedly ambushed by the ITV programme has been in the main a propaganda line for him and at the expense of the facts involved. And the libel by innuendo invention has been probably the most extraordinary  aspect of the vengeance by the Margaret Thatcher Darkness Age Club members over the past fortnight! Mr Coad can calmly paint himself as a responsible lawyer whose best option as an expert commentator in the context of this subject is “to see no evidence”! He can thus be excused, as the utter majority of trading and licensed lawyers are excused daily across England and Wales the rigours to which ordinary mortals are subjected before being treated as having none of the rights or enteuee,em nts that the ECHR supposedly confers on them.
With the promotion piece for “the law” trade that he has done via the NEW STATESMAN Mr Coad can justifiably expect to go quite far in his career as a “safe” commentator!
Society, in contrast, will not gain at all as a result of his expertise as published by the NEW STATESMAN here.
It is the same Society that was reviled in that toxic Thatcher utterance and it is Society once  again that is being smashed to bits by David Cameron who has adopted a posture as an alleged “soft” Rightist when in fact he is on record as having combined both extremes [as ideologically symbolic places] of Munich for his pro-racist manifesto and the Toynbee Hall [the OTT-hyped “place where saviours from the Establishment issue rescue calls to save the poor and the disenfranchised...”]  in the East End of London as his  dual-springboards for mounting the anti-Society Unfair Assault on the poor, the low income and the no-income and the most vulnerable in Society.
These facts denote the reality that happens “through the law”, including the fact that the absolute majority of ordinary income group people with rights, claims and entitlements that are violated and denied are barred from having any access to the due processes [flaunted as being available under the English legal system and via the English courts] when it comes to either having their full say in the court system or via the over-hyped “legally aided” “representations”!
It is only possible to be defamed in English courts and law trade system, if the subject of an alleged defamation has the requisite loads of money and it helps [as the “Mass” Misinformation media’s blanked and worshipful supplicatory coverage for the person McAlpine has shown] if they can show connections with either a sitting Premier or a former one!

  Outrageous proposal to erase Banglatown from the map of Tower Hamlets.
  
  As a long standing ward Councillor, serving the people of Spitalfields and Banglatown, I find the proposal to remove Banglatown from the map of Tower Hamlets completely outrageous, insensitive and deplorable.
  The proposal by the Conservative Group is an insult to the Bangladeshi community, its heritage in the UK and its long and hard struggles for recognition in this country. Brick Lane and Banglatown are hugely important and significant; not just for the Bangladeshi community but the wider local population too, it helps to bring recognition, a sense of identity, generates income for local businesses and celebrates its recent history.
  
  The Bangladeshi community have suffered racial hatred from the time they settled in Brick Lane and after decades of battling racism, the people have turned this area into a thriving and prosperous part of the borough.
  Banglatown is recognised across the country for housing one of the most famous streets in the UK , Brick Lane , known as the curry capital of London .
  The area is renowned for Bangladeshi heritage, cuisine, culture, arts and being home to the largest population of Bangladeshis anywhere outside of Bangladesh .
  After years of campaigning by local activists, the area surrounding Brick Lane was given recognition as Banglatown in 1997 and in April 2001, the ward was officially named as Spitalfields and Banglatown in recognition for the largest settlement of Bangladeshis in the UK .Surrounding streets were redecorated, with lamp posts painted in green and red, resembling the colours of the Bangladeshi flag.
  Bangladeshis have made this area their “home” and the name Banglatown reflects this sentiment entirely.
  The name Banglatown signifies the fabric and grain of the local Bangladeshi community; it is intertwined with the identity of each and every Bangladeshi living in the UK .
  
  Much Bangladeshi blood have been spilled over the years in attaining the name Banglatown and the landmarks in recognition of the community’s heritage from Brick Lane Mosque to Altab Ali Park to Shaheed Minar Monument.
  This attempt to erase the British Bangladeshi history is to ignore long suffering, violent racial attack and struggles.
  From the Rivers of Blood speech in 1968 by Enoch Powell, skinhead attacks on Brick Lane in 1970s to racially motivated murder of Altab Ali in 1978 and attacks on Quaddas Ali 1993 and Muktar Ahmed 1994.
  
  The Bangladeshi community has fought back and challenged direct racism for decades, however there are more subtle and more sophisticated forces at play to remove any signs of Bangladeshis from Banglatown and the wider Tower Hamlets. In recent years, the proposed Cross Rail digging in Brick Lane was designed make the lives of local Bangladeshis impossible to remain here, however with the support of the local community, we led successful campaigns stooping the proposal in its tracks.
  This proposal by the Conservative Group to erase Banglatown from the map of Tower Hamlets is yet another attack on the local Bangladeshi community.
  At a time when the coalition government is promoting community empowerment with its Localism Act and Equalities Act, it is ironic that their local Conservative Group is keen to destroy a long established community and its identity with complete disregard for the local people.
  
  I call upon each and very Bangladeshi across the political arena to unite and fight this absurd proposal and retain the name Banglatown and protect Bangladeshi heritage in the UK .

If the UK Bangladeshi community is made unstable and is treated as of secondary importance and as a secondary item by the “media” businesses trading in the name of the UK Bangladeshi community then the future for all these businesses is certainly worse than their controllers appear to assume.

This is why all the “media” traders who have been appearing on the UK platforms in the most recent years continue to behave in the misleading and inaccurate way then they will be damaging the community. They will be also damaging their own claim that they are doing the businesses in order to help the community.

It is an affront to the community whose name, whose existence and whose campaigning profile these “media” businesses use, and worse abuse daily.

These “media” businesses, most of whose satellite TV Channel platforms are tram smitted via the Rupert Murdoch BSKY operations, must realise that even Murdoch’s “media power” is being exposed to the kind of scrutiny that he, Murdoch had never appeared to expect.

So the “media” businesses that are trading in  the UK by claiming to be reflecting the Bangladeshi community in  the Uk have the primary duty to  practise that claim.

We can confirm that KHEYDAIEELAAR! will  – as part of our acton to stop the attack on the community as is seen in the latest attack via the Boundary commission- raise with the UK Media regulators the role of these “media” outfits.

We will do so with the utmost reluctance.We are therefore asking these “media” outfits to stop being partisan and stop carry reports that show fair representation of the  whole Bangladeshi community and others’ support for us at this, the latest historic moment in the embattled chronicle for the defence of the universal rights and dignity of the UK Bangladeshis.

The central role played by the Brick Lane London E1 area in that LIVE history is proven by the fact that the attackers have chosen a part of the same “Brick Lane London E1” area, “Banglatown” for their attack!

The attackers have thereby contradicted themselves and stood their own prejudiced and ignorant logic upside down.

If, as the attackers claim in the Boundary Commission “report” it is true that [and it isn’t] “Bangladeshis live in other parts of the Borough of Tower Hamlets” other than in the area containing “Banglatown” then why did they, the attackers, focus on the word “Banglatown”? They must feel uneasy at the cultural, the demographic and the social implication of that word! 

Hence the attack.

They would not be that uneasy had it not been for the fact that David “Dave” [!!!!]  Cameron himself had set the basis for prejudice, ignorance and intolerance in his spiel as uttered from the Toynbee Hall  operated from an address in the Commercial Street in the very East End of London.

So the community under the Cameron Con party attack as singled out via their intolerance of the word “Banglatown” is the whole of the East End of London. For it is in the same East End of London that Cameron’s onslaught on the already disenfranchised, impoverished, the deprived, the denied live as well.

So SAY NO NOW to Cameron’s attack on “Banglatown”.

SAY NO NOW to cameron’s attack on the low income and on the no income-ed families, persons and groups.

Stop cameron’s attack on the UK Bangladeshis.

Stop cameron’s attack on the poor, the denied and the deprived in the UK.

DEFEND Banglatown the word, the community and the culture that the word implies.

Defend Society against the latest attack on it by the couriers of the flag of intolerance that had been flaunted and capitalised on  by maggie Thatcher who brazenly bragged “There is no such thing as Society!

Defend SOCIETY

DEFEND SOCIETY in  Banglatown too.

JOIN and SUPPORT the KHEYDAIEELAAR!  campaign against Cameron’s cons!

Back the East End of London.

Support the individuals, small traders who are battling to keep the community out of the worst effects of the Con Economic and Social attacks.

What began as the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign action day to mark the then latest NO to MPs’ stooge role as supplicants to the masters whom they worshipped for the purpose of career enhancements - and perhaps a few ££ in extra allowances - extended into an  additional acton to also rescue the very grievously [in the sense of political credibility, democratic legitimacy and ethical acceptability]  threatened and the fast sinking career of the still theoretically sitting local Constituency MP as well! For it was George Galloway, MP for Bethnal Green and Bow [on 17 January 2006] whose existence as the MP for Bethnal Green and Bow was under the severest attack on the ground that he was “staying” as a guest of the Big Brother House, DIScourtesy of the real pornographer behind that kind of “reality TV”!

Just like Nadine “Nakedly ambitious” Dorries [Mid Sadfordshire!]  is discovering this very moment[0535 GMT Monday 12 November 2012] albeit from the “comforts” of the gratuitously indulged jungle in the occupied land of the Aborigines peoples.

I launched a campaign to rehabilitate the local MP, which action was to see the eventual end to the then Bliar-regime’s PR against Galloway.

So strong and ferocious was the feeling of antipathy towards Galloway among the ordinary members of the community  in Bethnal green and Bow that until that day [when this KHOODEELAAR! demonstration took place in Brick Lane, 17 January 2006] and for the entire whole week that had preceded it, there was no publicly traceable sign of anyone from Galloway’s “supporters” “group/s” making any case in support of the ill-advised venture into the House of DISREPUTE!

I shall update more on that day and what I said in defence of Galloway.

  The reason I shall do so is to also put on the record the fuller extents of the facts in order that one councillor, Lutfa Begum [who became a councillor by aligning herself with Galloway’s “Respect” group], can see what I meant when I told her [about 10 days ago]  that Galloway could NEVER USE ME.

Why did I say that to Lutfa Begum?
Because she had remarked, unprompted and  in passing [that all the careerists in Tower Hamlets... had been] “using” my help. In  my understanding of what she was saying: the opportunists were using my help  to get what they wanted for themselves and then failed to either acknowledge my help let alone show any support or solidarity to the campaigns that I continued after each of their opportunistic engagements ended. Lutfa Begum added: “As did Galloway!”.

I briefly told her that I had HELPED Galloway on the basis of my own Conscience and in the context of the needs of the community at that time. I did not do anything that I wasn’t sure about ethically, morally, democratically and politically, whatever it was that I said and wrote in going on the record and backing Galloway in the Bethnal Green and Bow Constituency.

Everything that I said and wrote in the context of George Galloway’s role whilst he was installed in the House of Commons as MP for the Bethnal Green and Bow Constituency, has been vindicated.

Including the predictions that I made about the agenda, the “visions” and the career plans of the many ETHNIC SURROGATES who surfaced as “politicians” under the banner of Galloway’s  [then active] “Respect”  and did their career things and have now vanished into holes of their own mainly pathetic and selfish “achievements”!!!

  More on that conversation with Lutfa Begum in a later part of this commentary.

  Back to 17 January 2012 and to the then hectic selfish roles being played by the then Bliared Party time-servers who were very nosily c.aiming that the fact that Galloway was in the Big Brother House PROVED that he had failed to “represent the Constituency on such an important issue as the Crossrail project”!

That is where Galloway’s  haters focussed their energy.

And they would have succeeded.

  Galloway’s stock was at its lowest in January 2006  since he had had that period in May 2005 when he lambasted Jeremy Paxman on Newsnight and also APPEARED to have CONQUERED the USA!

In fact Galloway was feted as a “British National Hero” after his “CONQUEST of the USA”. This was proven by Anne Robinson showering praise on Galloway!

  “Didn’t he do well” they muttered, as they exchanged glances of fulfilment inspired by the footage from across “the pond” of Galloway trouncing that “hapless” “American Senator”! And before the honeymoon could take effect, Galloway must have met the evil tempter in the shape of the Big Bother House offer. And suddenly, the era of an internationally famous conqueror of the American Senate [!!!!] had gone straight into the hole reserved for disgrace, ridicule and mocking!

As if his going was not bad enough.

He APPEARED to make matters worse by agreeing to do those “acting” stints that have now become unforgettable in the images and the footage that show Galloway not as a “populist” or “popular” “politician” gibing out a message of political al and social liberation to the masses that “Parliament usually fails to reach...” but depict him at the lowest possible  level of “standing”.

No wonder that his “supporters” were mostly silent!

Confused as to why he had done that.

Embarrassed that he had done that!

No crafty political claim could get anywhere near the massive wall of ridicule and rejection that was being built against Galloway’s claim as a campaigning MP for the Constituency.

So what campaign was on at that time?

Why the Khoodeelaar! Campaign  against the Crossrail hole, of course!

And who better to put the facts on the political table and hurl them back at the Bliar-ites who had aided the propaganda of the lie that Galloway had missed a vital Crossrail event in Parliament?
