Apartheid Council: why Tower Hamlets Council is susceptible to abolition.

Why does Suffolk County Council look suddenly next door to Tower Hamlets? Or why it SHOULD do!

I am asserting the first on the evidence of the misconduct by Tower Hamlets Council that I have witnessed for a very long time. And I am posing the second, the question about Suffolk, on the evidence that OTHERS have brought out into the open about the behaviour of that County Council...

I am joining the two together and concluding that on objective basis, the two Councils should be treated as the same, in principle of course. And when such treatment is 'meted out' [!!!], the people affected by BOTH these Councils would be better off. Contextual sparkling of course.

Here is how the London DAILY TELEGRAPH has been reporting on the Suffolk County Council Chief executive's latest state. I shall cite and examine other sources in due course later today.. [Monday 09 May 2011].
