How far has "Sylhet Channel" moved away from the pledges it had given to the community when it applied to OFCOM for licence ? [1]

AADHIKAROnline © Muhammad Haque London Commentary on the contents of SKY.com satellite channel 814 dated 30 April 2011.

I am asking the main question as follows: How far has "Sylhet Channel" moved away from the pledges it had given to the community when it applied to UK OFCOM for licence ?
This is the evidential theme of this series of examination of the ole being played by the SKY.com satellite channel 814.

01 May 2011. I am using this clip merely to illustrate the point that the ordinary events in the ordinary day to day life of the Bangladeshi community is not truthfully or informatively recognised in the contents of any of the channels.
As Channel 814 has been promoted more than any of the others, i am focussing on that channel. In due course, I shall examine the other channels as well.
The bit that I am examining here is stated to be from Seelot. It shows a relatively long piece about the funeral of a member of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party who had died in the UK the previous week.
If the footage shown is truthful, objectively edited and presented and if it is any guide to the objective reality about the ordinary peoples’ true attitude towards ‘Political Parties’ then there is no doubt that at least for the present time, the Seelotee speaking Bangladeshi people who are ordinarily resident in the UK do not have their heart for playing any real part in the ‘democratic process” in place in the context of “life” in the UK. Their main “[party] political energies” are being used for the Bangladesh-based Political Parties.
Is this odd? i
n more ways than one. For a start, the OFCOM licence is sought and justified on the main claim that the Channel would serve the relevant information needs of the Seelotee speaking Bangladeshis in the UK.
This is the true explanation of why the same Channel had been started as “Sylhet Channel”. Suddenly, the word “Sylhet” was dropped from the name. And with that dropping was confirmed the dropping of the stated aim. I shall examine that fact in the necessary detail in this series.
