We begin publishing this exclusive report based on our investigation of poverty creation in Tower Hamlets in inner city East London.

We shall publish key facts of cases based on actual policy operated whereby very highly motivated and capable individuals being pushed into poverty by the local Council.

Our series of exclusive reports will feature places and activities that will be very familiar to many both in Tower Hamlets and in other boroughs. One of the many such individuals is a long standing member of the community in the East End. She is well educated and very well motivated. Yet she is without income. Despite years of representation, she has been let down by the Council. The Council operates the poverty-creation scams as part of the agenda that David Cameron and his CONDEM Collusion is pursuing through the DWP [the Department for Work and Pensions].

The most important strategic aim in the running of that agenda is to get people in low income out of their homes and out of what remains of their communities. The brazen blitz on benefits is being pursued in war like manner with each and every legal claim being teated as an illegal one to begin with.

Thousands of families are being kept on tenterhooks by being submerged in litters of eviction threats. Those threats in turn are being made to appear legitimate by the creation of arrears that turn out to have been invented and fictional. Some of the lawfully mace clajms for rent rebvate arte denied and or osbructed by the Council whkich never piub shes the raesoins and is never held to account. The cycle of poverty creayon is the moist perssunet growth area in the East Ebnd of London.
