The racist (male) thug who fronted the gang and did the crimes on the ground floor (left), his co-racist (who stood at a window near the “Union Jack” shown) in the building on the Code St. chanted racist abuse aiming it at the target of the racist attacks going on at the time.

That racist, a female as pointed by the black arrow) (right) had not been known until then.. She ‘joined in’ and boosted the racist thug doing the attacks on the ground (located at general spot pointed in the white arrow, left)
