In the last part [reproduced below for ease of reference] I finished by saying:
What is the evidence that the corrupt and the racist top-salaried post-holders in the Council are hampering the process of Tower Hamlets Council’s delivering that service?
As Lutfur would know from my statements this week, I have been telling the “elected” post holders on Tower Hamlets Council consistently that the corrupt and the racist employees in key position have been sabotaging the Council’s delivery of service.
This is to be found in the Council’s “housing”, “legal” “environmental” and “democratic” “service” areas, to name only four
The duty of any “executive mayor” is, first and foremost, to make sure that the employees of the Council are behaving with due diligence and that they are delivering the lawfully owed service to the community in accordance with the highest standard.
Take the case of the “housing” “department.
It is a much smaller operation in January 2013 than it would have been had the Council not got rid of the housing stock
The housing stock was transferred to what is misleadingly labelled “registered social landlords”.
Most of the elements involved in that stock transfer process were liars.
Some of these same liars have been caught and recorded in the case that the man called WOOSTER successfully brought against Tower Hamlets Council.
As I told an employee working not so far from Stephen Halsey the “Chief Executive” for another week [see reports by certain “Fleet Street” linked outlets] yesterday [Wednesday 09 January 2013], Tower Hamlets Council has a number of employees in post now who are known to be breaking their legal and their Constitutional duties to the community.
[To be continued]
