When Neil Kinnock does get his few minutes on the BBC’s Radio 4 slot “Week in Westminster” as scheduled to be fronted in the next 50 minutes by the Independent’s Steve Richards, what will the world of “British politics” be like as a result?
There won’t be any substantial, lasting difference to the politics in the UK as a result.
. Except that the “24 hour” “rolling” channels and web sites will have a momentary “peg” to run a few extra “comments” that will contain no substance whatever.
It is the same sort of morality-free, ethics-free “important event” that was so fully typified by and exhibited in the previous 24 hours by Con Cameron’s trip to the UK’s biggest colony the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Running also during the same time-frame were a few other news items, like the USA’s expanding claim on the UK as the latest State, de facto, that the USA bureaucracy has been seeking to “regularise” by the use of the complicity “English courts of justice”!
English courts of justice!
Sounds a fully contained mouthful!
But it is an empty phrase
As has been seen in the publishing conduct of even the flag-carrier for that slogan, the Daily Mail
In the past 48 hours the Daily Mail has had to contradict itself on “British Justice” in a spectacular way on its front-pages of Friday 13 January 2012 and today Saturday 14 January 2012.

The Daily Mail has had to recant this morning and cry “abandoned by British justice”, thus contradicting [with some reason to be embarrassed] the very opposite headline about “British Justice” that it had run the previous day!
Like the over-the-top hype for “British justice” as practised by the Daily Mail, the former Labour Party’s claim to be the Parliamentary and the “democratic” Opposition to CONDEM today is shallow.
It is very bad for Society when the officially touted Opposition Party in the supposedly elected democratic Parliament seeks shelter under the patronage of a fraudulent, Big Biz-serving Collusion in power.
[To be continued] WHEN even NEIL KINNOCK has to come out of his 10th retirement phase [in 20 years] and speak out against the “cowards” and certify Ed Miliband as fit for purpose, it is clearly the moment that a serious democratic audit took place of the “MPs” that allegedly form [as in constitute] the Parliamentary Labour Party.....

With the Daily Telegraph’s very own ideologically compatible Right-wing, pro-cuts “diarist/sketch-writer” Tim Walker expressing open surprise [in the past 20 minutes on the BBC News Channel] at the idiocy of the comment as reportedly made by Rachel Reeves, the so-called shadow chief secretary to the Treasury [“....we are not ready...”] that audit could not be held soon enough. Rachel Reeves has been parachuted into coveted state offices at the speed of light. What, exactly, are the supposed attractions of this individual for holding the posts that she has on her CV already? If her utterances are any guide, not much! Rachel Reeves now “occupies” in a shadow mode the same post that Liam Byrne had “vacated” as he left HIS IDIOTIC note bragging that there was no money left! Ms Reeves shares another “trait” with the "ethical, moral, and democracy-deficit and liability" that is Liam Byrne She is clueless about “Welfare” More on this in due course [To be continued]
