Other passengers can be heard urging the pair to stop, saying ‘Oi, listen man, leave it out', ‘Woah hang on’ and 'calm down', reported the London Evening Standard.

It happened just minutes after the latest Tube strike began at 9pm on Monday, but is not believed to be related to the 48-hour walkout by members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union.
A 68-year-old man from Newham was arrested on suspicion of common assault, resisting arrest and a public order offence. One man needed treatment after the incident, British Transport Police said.
Detective Constable Lawrence Murphy, who is leading the investigation, said: ‘A physical altercation occurred between two men which resulted in a fight which left a man requiring hospital treatment.

DAILY MAIL updates item at 1024 GMT Monday 28 April 2014 and claims "Mayor Lutfur Rahman accused of doubling fund to Bengali-run charities"

Downing Street probe into controversial London council 'over suspected links to Islamic extremists'

  • Tower Hamlets council already being investigated over suspected fraud
  • Mayor Lutfur Rahman accused of doubling fund to Bengali-run charities
  • New report accuses Mr Rahman of having links to Islamist groups
  • Report also links Alibor Choudhury, minister for finance, to extremists
  • Council buildings allegedly used as a meeting place by hate groups
  • Large amounts of funding also given to controversial East London mosque
An embattled London council is being probed over its links to Muslim extremists, a report reveals.
Tower Hamlets council is already under investigation for alleged fraud after mayor Lutfur Rahman doubled recommended funding to Bengali-run charities in an apparent attempt to buy favour.
But now a leaked government report suggests  the mayor and his finance minister, Alibor Choudhury, have links to Islamic extremist groups, including one seeking to set up a Sharia state in Europe.
Lutfur Rahman, the mayor of Tower Hamlets, is being investigated over allegations of fraud and has now been linked to extremist groups
Alibor Choudhur is also linked to hate groups in the government report
Lutfur Rahman, the mayor of Tower Hamlets, is being investigated over allegations of fraud and has now been linked to extremist groups, as has Alibor Choudhury, his finance minister
A document handed to The Sunday Telegraph says that three community centres owned by the council, or by their housing authority, were used for meetings of radical groups including al-Muhajiroun, the banned Islamist terrorist organisation founded by Omar Bakri Mohammed and Anjem Choudary
A third was used by political hate group Hizb ut-Tahrir and 'may still be' in use, according to the report which was prepared for David Cameron in 2013.
Another cause for concern is the council's £2million of funding given partially to the East London Mosque, which previously held a telephone Q&A with al-Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki.
They have links to the Islamic Forum of Europe which is seeking to set up a Sharia state within Europe. The council's new finance minister, Alibor Choudhury, has close connections to the organisation as do other senior council officers.
Earlier this week police and investigators were called to the council to assess whether Mr Rahman had deliberately doubled funding to Bengali-run charities in the hope of buying favour.
Mr Rahman was also accused by Panorama of increasing public funding to Bangladeshi and Somali groups from £1.5 million to £3.6 million in the face of officer recommendations.
The mayor has denied all the claims, which he claims are motivated by racism and Islamophobia.
Communities Secretary Eric Pickles has sent inspectors into the council to work alongside police

Speaking to Mail Online, a DCLG spokesman said: 'It is a matter of public record that Ministers have long been concerned about a worrying pattern of divisive community politics and alleged mismanagement of public money by the mayoral administration in Tower Hamlets.
'Separately, Ministers are also minded to use their new powers under the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 to take action against councils continuing inappropriate spending of taxpayers’ money, and Brandon Lewis has written to Tower Hamlets about this.'
The spokesman added that, as the report was leaked, the department would not be commenting on allegations of extremism.
A spokesman for Tower Hamlets council said: 'Tower Hamlets has a strong record in partnership working with many different agencies in tackling and preventing extremism from Office of Security and Counter Terrorism (OSCT) funded projects to our Prevent programmes, receiving Home Office sign off to working with Stonewall on faith and sexuality.
'Our approach to diversity, equality and social cohesion has been recognised by our peers and is reflected in the ‘Excellent’ rating received from the Local Government Association.'
An earlier version of this article referred to the Osmani Trust as a Muslim-only youth group. We have been asked to make clear that the Osmani Trust is not faith based.

Silence of the "Bengali" "community" "leaders" in the weeks of British Media reports about Tower Hamlets Council and the Borough: How long will the lies "work"

2350 Hrs  GMT London Monday 21 April 2014. Silence of the "Bengali" "community" "leaders" in the weeks of British Media reports about Tower Hamlets Council and the Borough: How long will the lies "work"

It is a silence that is intriguing.
To put it most mildly.
Yet it is and has been inevitable.
Why?
For a start, there is NO Bengali Community in Tower Hamlets.
What there has been - and is - is a Bangladeshi one.
And the Bangladeshis are without a doubt Seelotee speakers.
So it is a Seelotee Bangladeshi community.
In the UK.
As in the inner London areas of Tower Hamlets, Newham.
Those whose mother tongue may not be Seelotee to begin with get to use  Seelotee
in due course.
Seelotee (Sylhetti) is also the main language of the UK-wide Bangladeshis.
But these are only two of the key facts that the racists operating their craft
perpetrate.
To the racists, using platforms linked with Fleet Street, the idea of an independent Bangladeshi State remains anathema.
Contrary to the myths that the racists “sympathised” with Bangladesh in 1971.
Just why do racists in Britain persists in referring to Bangladeshis as Bengalis is directly linked with the racist empire line.

My first meeting with a rabbit... in a village near the river Kooeeahraah (you may be told to call it Kushiara or Koosheeara)

My first meeting with a rabbit...
in a village near the river Kooeeahraah
(you may be told to call it Kushiara or Koosheeara)

0256 GMT London Friday 18 April 2014

Of my first sighting of a rabbit...
It was a glimpse.
A sighting.
But to me, it has the magnitude of a meeting!
I had not seen such a creature before!
It was like Nature presenting me with a wonder!
My first meeting with a rabbit was most unexpected.
And an indescribable joy it was too!
And an amazing moment as I looked at that creature a
most perfect gift of Nature!
Before I could work out its various features, it ran back into its
shelter.
I was, whatever the age, unable to stop as I was too young to decide to halt the walk.
Whoever it was that I was with as older than me and they were in control of the movement.
Whoever was leading that walk neither noticed the rabbit nor did they want to know why I had suddenly slowed down!
I still remember the moment when I saw the rabbit.
It must have been a glimpse.
It was in a village about two miles from mine.
And that village became a place of special importance from that day on.
And the spot still remains of unique memories.
I walked past the same place a hundred times. No, hundreds of times.
May be a thousand times after that on my way to school or to the then transport station.
I never saw a rabbit there again.
Despite hopes that I never spoke!

ANOTHER EXCLUSIVE © Muhammad Haque Ethical COMMENTARY! on the dire depth of depravity that the “Government” now pursuing the Big Biz Agenda of ramming Society down the gutters with multiple attacks on basic values and human rights for the majority (and shielding Bankers, looters and Cabinet Minsters) is trying to stifle the most basic of values.

This is illustrated by the Rightwing SUN happily doing one plug for the clearly leftwing Communist Party daily the Morning Star Star which has a scoop on the dirty tricks being done by Dave’s Downing Street cabal to stifle free speech over Maria Miler...

Maria Miller CONTINUES to fail to show respect to basic decent values.

So toxic has she become in this context that Smarmy "Dave" Cameron  has now been lambasted (quite literally in the last few minutes) by a fellow Eton-boy, the Sun's Tom Newton-Dunn.

As if to make things worse for Smarmy "Dave", the SUN is favourably REPORTING the EXCLUSIVE done by the "Communist Morning Star" on the dirty deeds that Dave's Downing Street cabal has been made to engage in- to SHUT DOWN public criticism (61 such have been deleted, according to Tom Newton-Dunn reporting the Morning Star's own exclusive) on Maria Miller's behaviour and the dire desperate damage-limitation misdeeds that Downing Street has been exposed as having been engaged in...

Almost a quarter century ago, I TOLD John Major to pay attention. As I did the UNO. But would they listen?

Now, they keep screaming as they continue to show disregard for human rights.

I also broadcast a dedicated TV Message, on the "mainstream" Channel 4
SLOT, the definitive peak-time Politics SLOT and said to anyone who was watching, that the MOST IMPORTANT POLITICAL DYNAMITE that was threatening Western European countries was the POVERTY in Africa and Asia.

Especially in the countries which could not feed their people. Many of them, I WARNED, would make such a phenomenal dash for the West that would overwhelm the Western countries.

DEAL with the poverty in those countries NOW, I said.

Instead, they went on causing MORE POVERTY, killing people, destroying infrastructures, contaminating the arable lands...

And now, they scream of Sangatte ii.

They have not seen nothing yet, the morons in Government and in the Media!

KHOODEELAAR! CAMPAIGN defending the Community in the East End of London against the role for Big Biz that Ken Livingstone  misguidedly keeps playing....or keeps being 'hired' or 'employed' to play..... what a far cry from the image of "Red" Ken that role is...

Ken Livingstone in this still (Below) by AADHIKAROnline from his appearance on SKY NEWS earlier this year (2014), had been exposed by the SUNDAY TIMES for receiving donation from Gerald Ronson who was still planning the HERON TOWER [above] (in Bishopsgate near the Liverpool Street Station in the City of London) in the AADHIKAROnline picture (Friday 04 April 2014]. So Livingstone had himself been neutralised by his cash receipt from a City of London fraudster (one of the Guinness Three had been jailed following his conviction  for fraud). This is why KHOODEELAAR! cited that link as an argument against the Crossrail hole. That hole was targeted in Hanbury Street and Princelet Street in Brick Lane by changing the route or the alignment of the Crossrail tunnel so that it would avoid the site of Ronson’s HERON TOWER (above). Now, Tower Hamlets Council has employed (whether paid or on what pay has not been disclosed yet) to act as a PR face. That was one of the wrong decisions by whoever made that decision.
That shows that the controlling bureaucracy in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council continues to fail to recognise the local Tower Hamlets people...
What this also means is that Ken Livingstone, as the then Mayor of London (when he took Ronson’s cash) was taking a stand FOR CROSSRAIL Hole plot knowing full well the link between Crossrail hole plot and the specific agenda of the likes of Ronson to expose the Brick Lane London E1 area to the kind of danger that the plot did expose the area to.
Additionally, Ken Livingstone lost moral credibility by staying silent about his City of London-linked donor’s agenda to benefit by having a plan that was indifferent as to whether its effects would be destroying the homes, shops and the entire  Community in Brick Lane!!!!

BHANGEELAAR! the Campaign against an elected executive mayor system in Tower Hamlets. The Contextual review of the BBC’s overhyped, oversold Panorama programme as transmitted on Monday 31 March 2014 -1

Oversold over-hyped Panorama failed to deliver the scrutiny or investigation into Tower Hamlets-1

Someone did a modest re-design on the Panorama logo
That displays the extent of over=selling of the episode of the programme

By © Muhammad Haque
0602 [0505] Hrs GMT London Tuesday 01 April 2014

That [quoted below] is what the BBC-issued TVGuide published by the likes of STV had boasted before the actual transmission of the episode of the Panorama programme on BBC One at 1930 GMT on Monday 31 March 2014.

http://tvguide.stv.tv/show-details/?tvgListingID=400862917&tvgEpisodeID=30911309&tvgShowID=3633754&tvgTitle=The%20Mayor%20and%20Our%20Money%20-%20Panorama

“The Mayor and Our Money – Panorama

Up and down the country, directly-elected mayors control billions of pounds of public funds. But can this lead to too much power being concentrated into the hands of one politician? John Ware investigates the directly-elected mayor of Tower Hamlets in London – where opponents claim he’s used public funds both to promote himself and to create a local power base that, come election time this May, will help return him to office. Panorama reveals evidence suggesting that, under the mayoral system in Tower Hamlets, accountability and transparency have been put into reverse, with the mayor refusing to answer opposition questions about spending decisions involving millions of pounds of public money – and also how he has injected faith into politics.”

Something must have changed between the writing of that hype and the actual final editing and airing of the Panorama episode.

For the transmitted episode did not examine the “directly-elected mayors”.

It gave no table, no stats, no evidence at all to compare or contrast the “directly-elecetd mayors” and the alternative system.

There was no investigation into the state of “democracy” inside the Tower Hamlets Council.

There was nothing at all about who had brought about the directly-elecetd mayor system in Tower Hamlets.

And why.

There was nothing at all about what any of the Opposition councillors had said about the system at all. Neither the Tower Hamlets Council’s Opposition Conservative group nor the Opposition Labour Party group leader was featured.

No mentionable clip from the Council Meetings at all, except few seconds showing the Council’s Speaker Lesley Pavitt more than once and the Labour group deputy leader Rachel Saunders stating a very short question.

There was no sign of what Tower Hamlets residents generally thought of the Tower Hamlets Council. No reference to the Community in the East End. No investigation into the relationship between Tower Hamlets council and the residents.

It looked like a very very strange package.

Whatever the BBC had hoped to show must have got seriously derailed at some point just before transmission.

Or that the BBC never had done any of the investigations missing from their transmitted version.

Which makes this episode of the Panorama as being disproportionately over-hyped and unjustifiably promoted as an investigation that it wasn’t!

It did not reveal evidence that demonstrated that “under the mayoral system in Tower Hamlets, accountability and transparency have been put into reverse”.

Perhaps the programme had found evidence to substantiate that claim but in the traumatised version that evidence was most emphatically not visible!

Finally, this Panorama as transmitted, did not test the veracity of a single one of the claims made by Lutfur Rahman as included in the broadcast clips of the “interview”!

This AADHIKRnline fotografixlriinal montage contains images from Saturday 6 February 2010 when the then Campaigners (for some time!!!) agains an elected Mayor system in Tower Hamlets demonstrated in the Hanbury Street, off Brick Lane. The BHANGEELAAR! Campaign, part of the Movement Defending the Community in the East End of London, is represented by Muhammad Haque. [ Saturday 6 February 2010] Also seen is the lone Lid Dem Councillor on Tower Hamlets Coun cil, Stephanie Eaton, also speaking with a loud hailer backing the NO-to-an-elected-execuive-mayor call. Stephanie Eaton has become a supporter of the Mayor system as well as of the “incumbent” Lutfur Rahman as seen on many occasions in the past four years.

THIS BHANGEELAAR! diagnosis of the Council will be continued.
