"You have to get the national decision right first, and then look at Camden.” His support for the scheme is unlikely to go down well with Labour members locally who will tell voters they are doing their best to fight HS2 ahead of next May’s elections, but seem unable to convince their own party’s leader. Mr Miliband added: “There are two issues on HS2 – there’s the overall issue, and we’ve said we are in favour of HS2, although ensuring that it is value for money. "That’s the important thing, there can’t be any blank cheques. “The second thing is the local concerns, and that’s got to go through the proper planning processes – and I do understand the local concerns in Camden as a local resident. I do, but that’s the process it has got to go through.” On their tour of Camden, Mr Miliband and Mr Umunna visited Martin’s Butchers in Camden High Street, which warned they might have to move out of Camden Town if business rates did not stop rising. Later, in a newsagent, Mr Miliband was warned by a builder struggling to find work that people “felt like crying”, and that people lined up for work on a construction site each morning like a scene from On The Waterfront, each hoping to be picked. Mr Miliband, who lives in Dartmouth Park and is a former student of Haverstock School, said rising business rates should not be blamed on Camden Council. He insisted: “A lot of this comes from central government. So John Biggs will merely 'review' the Tower Hamlets Council PRAVDA, will he?

John Biggs has got to come out with a clear commitment to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth 'if elected'.

He should do so even if he is NOT elected.

The point surely is that John Biggs has stayed silent for too long on too many issues that affect the people in Tower Hamlets.

Why is he so reticent?

The real test is whether he has the full confidence himself as the candidate. If he has then let us see and hear the evidence of that confidence.

John Biggs needs to stop playing it safe.

His safe playing isn’t hitting any targets. Not where I am sitting!

Be unambiguous, John.
Be unequivocal.
Be ethical, moral, democratic and  accountable.

Merely letting slip minor utterances is not enough democratically, ethically, and most emphatically it isn’t enough electorally.

Make a splash, tell the whole programme.

What will you offer the people?

Will you keep the lying Council bureaucracy intact?
Or will you get them out of the community's way?

In my finding: the controlling clique of bureaucrats in Tower Hamlets Council is corrupt.

Will John Biggs stop the corruption?

I cannot believe that he has even the notion that there is any corruption in Tower Hamlets Council at all.

He keeps making bland, 3 letter 4 word utterances.
Ever so rationed.
Ever so totally unheard!

A £Billion miles away from a splash!

Will you show respect to the people who daily do the work for nothing for the community’s good?

What is your big plan Mr Biggs?

Or haven’t you got a big plan?

self-admitted liar [in his own 'autobiography']  Matthew Parris who could see in the name "Brick Lane" only aliens, only people from 'not Rhodesia' (of ‘his culture, his heritage, his empire...’) and thus easy targets to be removed, displaced from their homes, from their Community and disenfranchised....
Parris spewed out his racist contempt for the people of “Brick Lane” in July 2005, literally weeks after the voters of Bethnal Green and Bow kicked out Oona King who had been a part of those who were engaged in hoodwinking, in misleading and in defaming the people they had targeted for a programme of displacement so that the Big Biz forces could expand and occupy the Brick Lane London E1 Area....
Parris was also voicing the racists’ hatred of those who mistook George Galloway (who was let in by the fact that the voters had decided to kick out Oona King) for a natural
member of the “Brick Lane London E1 Area” and so he (the racist Parris) let rip by messing together Galloway and the Community and “concluding” that because the voters had let in Galloway so they must be punished!
Parris knew exactly the worst punishment tool: It was the Crossrail hole!
Parris said that Bliar (for it was Bliar still in post at No. 10 Downing Street) should drive Crossrail through Brick Lane and smash everything that it found in the  way!
There was no restraint.
No sign of rationality.
No reasonable deference to even the idea of democracy there.
And there was no opposition from the elected councillors.
Not even a any known retort from George Galloway himself.
Not then in July 2005.
Not once ever since.
Not now, October 2013, EIGHT years and almost three months after the
poisonous Parris spewed out his racist provocation and incitement against Brick Lane London E1 Area and published it.
Except KHOODEELAAR!
KHOODEELAAR! spotted Parris’ poison and we put that in the spotlight and we extensively analysed it then and we have been doing it ever since.

Anyone interested in the future of the East End of London should read the following quoted from our Manifesto published on 4 January 2006.

From January 2006 to 20 October 2013 SEVEN years EIGHT months and 16 days.

That is almost TWO terms of the “elected” Tower Hamlets Council.

With over 50 councillors, that is almost 400 “councillor years”!

What, then, have they done in that time?

What have they said in that time?

What did they hear from the Community but did not admit in that time?

What rights, what obligations, what entitlements have they denied in that time?

What havoc, what losses, what harm have they allowed to be inflicted on how many lives in Tower Hamlets in that time?

What crimes of denial, deprivation and wilful illegality and plot to undermine the legal duties as perpetrated by employees in the Council have the “elected Councillors” allowed to take place in those two Terms, from January 2006 to 20 October 2013?

THIS SERIES OF UPDATES on the KHOODEELAAR! Manifesto 2014 will examine the LATEST evidence and seek the answers to these and related outstanding questions so that the people in Tower Hamlets get a competent, honestly working locally elected Council that they need, have needed but have been denied.

Why a manifesto ?

The current Tower Hamlets Council’s controlling group is made up of councillors who got elected without a traceable manifesto in 2002. 

Since that election, there has been no evidence of any audit by the people in Tower Hamlets of the behaviour of those councillors or of that Council. The audit cannot take place or if one is attempted it cannot be an effective one without a frame of reference to make sense of the actual behaviour of the councillors.

By all independent accounts, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council has abolished local peoples’ democratic say. 

On the Crossrail hole Bill and the collusion with the promotion of that Bill by controlling group councillors. Over the past five years. With not a jot or an iota of their secret contacts with he City of London and the Crossrail hole promoters being made known to the local electors. To the local community in Tower Hamlets.

Who are the controlling group on Tower Hamlets Council loyal to?

Answer: To Crossrail hole Bill promoters. 

To Big Business interests that represent their colluders in the City of London,

Tower Hamlets Council is one of the most notorious users of ‘inner cities deprivation funding’ from the UK central Government and via the UK central Government. 

Tower Hamlets Council is not delivering democratic representation to the people in Tower Hamlets. The controlling group on Tower Hamlets Council has effectively abolished all pretences to local democracy.

This is evident in the dishonest and the corrupt way that the controlling group of councillors on Tower Hamlets Council has colluded with the actual interests that are (and have been for the past four years) pushing for the uneconomic Crossrail plan to be given UK parliamentary approval in the Crossrail hole Bill.

That Crossrail hole Bill is currently scheduled to be tokenistically ‘scrutinised’ by a group of MPs before Tony Blair pushes it through the two Houses of UK Parliament making it the ‘Crossrail Act’ and thus giving the Big Business and City of London interests the ‘powers’ to carry out their planned assault on the Brick Lane London E1 Area. 

The Crossrail hole Bill scheme plotters and planners will wreak havoc on the East End community by destroying peoples’ lives, their families and their livelihoods. 

The Crossrail hole will destroy homes and the spaces and the environment in the Brick Lane London E1 Area .

It will also have long term and immediate destructive effects on the wider parts of the East End.

The price the East End of London will pay will not be recoverable.

And yet that price need not have to be paid.

The fact that the Crossrail hole plan is at all included in the Crossrail hole Bill is to do with the undemocratic, the unrepresentative and the untenable role played by the VERY small but the ‘controlling group’ of councillors on Tower Hamlets Council.

They have behaved dishonestly throughout and have done so despite it being pointed out to them by the local community that their behaviour would constitute grounds for several legal claims against them and against the particularly identifiable senior employees in the present Tower Hamlets Council.

That state of affairs has existed because there has been no political action within the Council or within any of the officially recognised political groups 'listed' on the current Tower Hamlets Council to either monitor the conduct of Tower Hamlet council or to hold the anti-community controlling group of councillors or their colluding employees on the Council to proper political account.

1. KHOODEELAAR the Brick Lane London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will provide maximum possible support for the widest possible public attention to be drawn to the conduct of the controlling group that makes the decisions ‘in the name of and as the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council’ in relation to ALL uses of the ‘resources, human and material and the revenues, the reserves, the stocks, the powers, facilities, influence’ of the LBTH Council over land, properties, the environment, the Council duties, Council links with any party or parties whose objects, aims and plans and or tactics or strategies are or may be in conflict with the interest of the community in Tower Hamlets

2. KHOODEELAAR the Brick Lane London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will monitor the behaviour of the 'key' employees in the LBTH Council in relation to the above and will put in place a system whereby any violating behaviour by any employee of the LBTH Council is first drawn to attention of the employees themselves for rectification failing which the implications of the behaviour will be drawn to the public attention of the local community in Tower Hamlets.

3. Any ‘key’ or ‘senior’ employee in the LBTH Council (or any of their counterparts acting as a one off contractor or as an agent or ‘representative’ of any duration and acting in the name of the corporate legal entity of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council ) who is authoritatively and reliably known and or is found to have been engaged in any identifiable or actual conduct or behaviour (whether actively or passively) to conceal from the local community the facts of the LBTH Council’s collusion with any agency or agencies in the promotion of the CrossRail hole plan affecting the Brick Lane London E1 Area community or similarly affecting any other part of the Borough will be named and their role will be featured in the community audit of Tower Hamlets Council that will be held from time to time.

4. KHOODEELAAR the Brick Lane London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will publish - or cause to be published - the key findings of the independent investigation under the auspices of the London Community Audit Network (un-funded and totally party politically and financially independent organisation for the defence of the democratic rights of the people across London) into the collusion by the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council in the period 2001 - 2005 (so far) with Crossrail hole plan promoters so far. 

5. The publication will take place to give the local community the facts of what the Tower Hamlets Council is being used for and by who and with what negative, devastating consequences to the community and against the welfare, safety and future of the people in the community.

6. KHOODEELAAR the Brick Lane London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will ask each councillor to make an immediate and public and fully factual and comprehensive statement on their own understanding and preferences on the Crossrail hole Bill attack on the Brick lane London E1 Area especially in view of the fact that those councillors who were each given a personally addressed copy of all the relevant Questions and analyses by the CBRUK - KHOODEELAAR ! campaign between March 2004 and May 2004 have failed to make any comment to the community about what they (these councillors) think about the Crossrail hole attack plan on the community. Many of the same councillors are already known to be included as candidates for the scheduled May 2006 election to the Tower Hamlets Council.

Explanatory notes on the KHOODEELAAR! MANIFESTO 2006 AGAINST THE CROSSRAIL hole Bill -

A Manifesto is a programme of action that the party publishing it will implement in office following an ordinary election. Here, the KHOODEELAAR campaign is not NECESSARILY fielding candidates for election to the Tower Hamlets Council at the scheduled May 2006 local council election. This manifesto is an advance guidance for observance by those who will seek election to the Tower Hamlets Council and the terms of this manifesto will form the full set of references against which the conduct of the elected councillors will be audited by the community generally and by the KHOODEELAAR! campaign in particular.

The Tower Hamlets borough-wide implications of the KHOODEELAAR MANIFESTO 2006, will be felt by and or be relevant to all ordinary members of the population in the East London borough in relation to their consideration and understanding of the behaviour of the ‘elected Tower Hamlets councillors’ [in the individual capacities of those councillors on issues that are raised with them for representation on behalf of the electors - whether or not the electors actually cast their votes or if they voted for the councillor concerned) over any matter that may become the subject of any contention, dispute or debate or controversy related to the use and or the abuse of the ‘constitutional powers of the elected holder of office on a local council’ or over any matter related to or arising from the undemocratic, improper, sleazy or corrupt behaviour of a given councillor or of more than one councillor.

KHOODEELAAR Manifesto 2006 against the CrossRail hole Bill also will be citable, de facto, as a frame of democratic references for the establishment of a democratic right [or more than one right] in the context of the legally definable and the statutory duties [and the remits] of the elected councillor/s and those of the decision-making components or units, agents, agencies and ‘employees’ of the ‘elected Council’ in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The facts of the publication in December 2005 and in January 2006 of the KHOODEELAAR Manifesto 2006 against the CrossRail hole Bill will be relevant evidence in any formal court or legal proceedings that members of the local community - individually or as group/s- may take or may find themselves involved in, in support of the existence from the dates of the publication of the democratic demands and guidance for the candidates seeking election to the Tower Hamlets Council at the scheduled May 2006 local council election.

Whoever had thought that the idea of social housing – as represented “in” “Council housing” – was ever compatible with or was ever safe in the hands of Council cliques controlling the provision got that totally wrong.

Corrupt Council employees involved in housing decision-making, budgeting and “strategic plans” devised internally and then rubber-stamped by mostly docile and or collusive councillors across the UK have proven to be corrupt, criminal and contemptuous of the core service that housing SHOULD be but isn’t.

This has been allowed to be so by the rampant antidemocratic and non-democratic behaviour of “elected” Councils and “elected Councillors” across the UK.

There have been many adverse and serious consequences.

Having studied housing over decades, I can say that there is a very fundamental link between the UK local Councils’ decreasing link with democratic remit and the simultaneous collusion by the time serving self-serving “political  groupings with the naked, greedy elements that have been making personal gains and profits while they have been undermining the social and the objectively defined economic benefits for people and communities that social hosing brings.

Housing has been used as an anti-hosing profiteering field where criminal gangsters – ‘property developers’ – have been allowed to move in by the collusion  successive “planning” stooges in the Councils.

Those stooges have been allowed to serve the criminal assaults by the property gangsters because the Councils’  ‘planning’ has been exposed as nothing but a rubber stamping tool that is now routinely being used to destroy what remains of social housing and social housing spaces.

Neither the Neo Cons nor the Lib Dumbs nor the Bliar-ed Bureaucracy in what used to be the Labour Party can be expected to oppose the trend.

Despite the totally ridiculous and infantile noises being made from time to time by the

very securely paid and pension-protected  ‘trade union’ ‘leaders’ – who  operate their own brands of self-serving agendas – and despite the very pathetic half-awareness spiels and spits that some of the residual “left” “Labour” MPs mouth and pen by suggesting that they are all for “action against the Class Enemy”, there is no sign anywhere across the vast terrains now subject to property gangsters’ robbery programmes that housing will be available to Society on a Social basis…

Just as Frank Field, wearing a “Labour” badge but operating a Neo Cons pro-racist agenda on “welfare” did to undermine the universal concepts of rights and as Liam Byrne has done in the past three years to give legitimacy to the illegitimate agenda and activities of the Neo Cons and their Lob Dumbs and ‘Labour’-labelled colluders across the board on ‘welfare’.

In Tower Hamlets in London’s ‘East End’, universally admitted as having a population that is one of the most deprived in all of England (and the UK), housing provision has been the target of property gangsters posing as controlling members on a number of key ‘registered social landlord’ outfits. Internally, Tower Hamlets Council has allowed a gang of its own posing as “housing” “service” staff, to operate to sabotage housing rights and to decrease the housing provisions on a social scale and basis. 

The absence of democratic audit is so rampant  and its adverse impact on housing and on Society locally so extensive and pervasive that it warrants full and detailed treatment. I shall UPDATE that perpetration in the later parts of this Commentary, to be posted in the course of the next 24 hours (I am writing this at 1505 Hrs GMT Saturday 19 October 2013).

AS a contextual introduction to the rampant housing crisis creation and operation by Tower Hamlets Council;s very own in-house gang of ‘housing decision-makers’:

The BBC’s Kirt Birling fronted a short piece for BBC London TV this past week about 

the housing crisis in London that included a relatively big chunk of references to Tower Hamlets Borough and the Tower Hamlets Council’s ‘role’ in housing.

In that very ignorant piece fronted by Kirt Birling failed to address the matter of stock, the matter of dereliction and the matter of deliberate criminality that the Tower Hamlets Council Housing “bureaucracy” has been involved in perpetrating for a very long time. 

IT IS AGAINST such a background that I now link to a piece, taken from the DAILY MAIL’s London web site, featuring the stand taken by a lone tenant on a Council housing building in the Scottish Council of Renfrewshire.

There are quite a few online comments posted on that piece that in fact echo the experiences of so many hundreds of thousands of people across the UK: that the local Council housing “operations” (the ceased to be “housing services” a long while ago)  are marred by corruption and that local Councils are abysmally failing to deliver basic accountability let alone fully fledged democratic service to the local communities.

It is most clear that neither local Councillors, nor local MPs nor anyone else who claims to have been elected by the local peoples’ votes on the promise to deliver any democratic service to the local population, is anywhere to be found actually defending the rights of the embattled tenants and those of the thinking, principled, ethically active morally assertive citizens like the one featured in this particular news item by the DAILY MAIL web site below.

No wonder the person has to take the stand that this one has taken, thus exposing the sham democracy that his local Renfrewshire Council is!

Noting a recent agency image of some people escaping the impact of the
Cyclone Phailin, as pictured in Orissa that has now been renamed as the eastern Indian region of Odissa/Odisha.
There is a long link between the people of Orissa and those of Seelot
that linguistically straddles the Aakhomia (Assamese)  language to the north and the north east and the Bangla language to the south and the south east.
Oorr-ee-ah is the Selotee language word for the people from Orissa.

What would happen if a community was under attack by a racist gang?
This is the nearest to a cyclone that can be imagined in the context of the
simmering intolerance that is maintained in Britain by pro-racist elements in the Neo Cons Parties (those include the racists in the Labour Party bureaucracy too).
This could have been so as recently as September this year.
So how was such an attack  prevented?
It was not once.
Such an attach could take place any time.
But for the fact that some of the community members have remained ever vigilant against the attacks .
This has then had the impact on those who crave the votes, most of those coming from the voters targeted by racists in the context of Tower Hamlets.
And those in turn have had some correlational links with the Police who have no alternative but to be seen to be active against threatened assaults by racists on the population.
But what if the numbers of the racists were smaller than those witnessed on Saturday 7 September 2013?
Would the Police take action?

It is THREE WEEKS  and a day since then and the IDIOTISER is conceding the “relevance” of the news item for people in Tower Hamlets only today!

Little does the IDIOTISER realise that it crass stupidity and its matching racist backwardness have been allowed to deny access to such important news items that the people in the East End of London borough - ‘recognised’ as one of the most deprived - deserve.

We have more news and disclosures about the corruption in Housing that has been going on in Tower Hamlets for years and even decades.

The IDIOTISER has not touched a single one of those corrupt activities or their severe lethal effects on the community in Tower Hamlets

Housing association downgraded by regulator

A housing association has been criticised for a ‘weak financial profile’ and ‘inappropriately delegating’ responsibility for key risks, in a judgement published today.

It received a ‘G2’ rating for governance, meaning it needs to improve aspects of its governance arrangements, and a ‘V2’ rating for viability, meaning it needs to manage its material exposures to continue compliance.

‘The regulator has concluded that the board has inappropriately delegated to committees ownership and responsibility for key risks, and is concerned that this could lead to failings in risk management or internal control,’ the judgement said.

‘The regulator is not assured that THCH’s large board, combined with long terms of office and infrequent review of performance and skills, position it appropriately to manage risks arising from the challenging external environment and its plans for increased development.’

It said the total of 16 board members, eight of whom are elected tenants, is more than suggested by the landlord’s code of governance.

THCH has committed to reviewing its governance arrangements later this year.

Downgrading its viability, the judgement noted that with two exceptions, THCH forecasts a net deficit every year until 2027, with interest cover below 100 per cent for several of them.

‘This is due to high levels of investment in stock and high service and management costs relative to income, which contribute to low social housing operating margins,’ the judgement said.

‘This weak financial profile makes the impact of other risks such as cost increases and underperformance against business plan assumptions more significant.’

The housing association has confirmed it has introduced more rigorous development cash flow forecasting, with senior management team oversight on a fortnightly basis.

Inside Housing was unable to reach THCH for comment before the judgement was published today.

Noting the latest news of an impasse on newspaper regulation in the wake of the Leveson report.

The Idiotiser is treating the language actually spoken by the Bangladeshis in Tower Hamlets as being unacceptable!

The East London Idiotiser and the racist Daily Express have run their racist items after the 18 September 2013 Tower Hamlets Council meeting where a KHOODEELAAR! Campaign-organised contribution included a local resident speaking to the Council in Seelotee.

Part of the racists’ continuing distortion of the UK Bangladeshis’ characteristics is that the racists keep referring to the Seelotee language as Bengali.

This despite the fact that for more than 40 years now, especially since racist focussed on the Seelotee-speaking community with the agenda of racistly maligning the community, we, the Movement in defence of the Community have pointed out the extensive ground,s evidence, diagnosis of why the Seelotee language is a language in its own right and how the State of Bangladesh is and always has been a federation of languages.

That in the UK and in the rest of the ‘West’, Seelotee is the most widely spoken of the languages by people migrating from Seelot in the State of Bangladesh.

The two languages are spoken in the UK but the most numerous one is the Seelotee which is spoken in Tower Hamlets by the second largest number of people in that Borough.

The racist British Media fetish with the wrong designation of languages in the Asian Subcontinent (including the key regions of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan) is a fetish that is linked with the original Empire Agenda.

This racist fetish was exhibited in a grotesque perpetration against the Bangladeshis in Tower Hamlets on Sunday 02 December 1973, forty years ago when the then SUNDAY TIMES Colour Magazine carried a poisonously anti-Bangladeshi item “THE WORLD BEYOND THE CURTAINS”.

In that perpetration the main attack was on the Seelotee-speaking Bangladeshis.

Seelotee-speakers were vilified on 02 december 1973 for being from Seelot (Sylhet) and were accused of not supporting the cause of Bangladesh during 1971!

The lying was callous: it accused ALL SEELOTEES in Tower Hamlets of NOT coming forward with support for Bangladesh in 1971!

Forty years later, the campaign is still having to be maintained in defending the community against current, newer versions of the same lies by parts of the Fleet Street.

The question is: what difference to this will the British Privy Council “deliberations” make?

Will they make the likes of the East London Idiotiser recognise Communities and show due respect to their universal attributes?

It is my view that they won’t.

UK INDYMEDIA, the Internet site that claims to be a platform for campaigning sometimes even claiming to be “against racism” (!!!!), has behaved again in a racist and a pro-racist way and has hid a piece (posted by CBRUKUPDATE on the INDYMEDIA site on Monday 30 September 2013).  That CBRUKUPDATE post exclusively and emphatically exposes the pro-racist and most probably the racist contents and agenda of a propaganda ‘report’ published with the stamp of the Tower Hamlets Council on that same date.

As we have pointed out many times in the past ten years or so especially during the particularly intensive campaigning by the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against the Big Biz agenda Crossrail hole plot against the East End of London, the UKIndymedia operation is heavily suspect. It is infested by all manner of spies and their likes.

Again, we put this very kindly mildly and generously..

There is a toxic piece of idiocy shown underneath the CBRUKUPDATE that Indymedia has hidden. It abuses the CBRUKUPDATE and calls it a troll!

Evidently, the abuser is a troll.

CBRUKUPDATE is raising a vey serious issue about the absence of REFERENCE to let alone the most important and overdue examination of racism in Tower Hamlets generally and in Tower Hamlets Council in this context from the published report and it is doing so with demonstrated contextual evidence and diagnosis.

We shall continue to defend the Community with dignity, decorum, decency, evidence and rationality.

As some of the Indymedia UK visitors may recall, there was a supposed mass mobilisation against the supposedly racist EDL on Saturday 7 September 2013 in Tower Hamlets. The licensed anti-fascist cabal UAF was even allowed to serve as the MC at the celebratory platform they foisted at the Altab Ali Park.

And on Wednesday 18 September 2013, Eleven days later, the Tower Hamlets Council’s “full” Meeting (as different from the “Cabinet” and “committee” meetings) heard a lot of bragging about that Council and its “allies” including the UAF having foiled the EDL “march” on 7 September 2013 

If that is the case then all unsuspecting anti-racists would be entitled to expect that Tower Hamlets Council would wait a bit longer before celebrating yet another victory! 

One that surely must be very questionable, unjustified and false. 

Also very dangerous for the oft-flaunted “community cohesion in Tower Hamlets” 

That wishful and contrived victory is being celebrated via the web site of the East London Advertiser and the Guardian Media operations this evening. 

The pretext is the publication of a thing they are describing as the Report of their “Fairness Commission.” 

And in it, there is not one lone, isolated, single mention of racism in Tower Hamlets! 

That is very interesting indeed. 

Logically, it in effect agrees with the EDL’s “discourse”, that there is, really, “no racism in Tower Hamlets”. 

Something else is the problem, the EDL’s line contends as is by now very widely known. 

So Tower Hamlets Council is giving credibility to the EDL’s own de facto claims! 

Here we are putting the picture very mildly.
